Great family atmosphere, flexible schedule, a lot of reps employed here for many years (which says a lot about the company), fair to every employee. Awesome company to work for!

Cons

Every job has its bad day but there are no cons with this company.

I was new to the industry when I was hired on, unlike most people who had come from another company such as Kroll Factual Data, but they offer on the job training. The managers are friendly and understanding. You do have to meet a quota as a customer service rep of 40 completions a day, but managers will also assist you in reaching your quotas. I had a really good group of co-workers that soon became friends. They hire within for advancement opportunities. And the benefits are pretty competitive.

Cons

Have to meet a daily/weekly/monthly quota.

Company that care about the employees . All the benefits you could ask for. A great team. I have been here over 10 yr. and don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Cons

It is abit stressful but its the business . If you don't think there is stress at every job your crazy.
