      Pros

      You get to feed tens of thousands of people. There is always work to be done because of this. People are friendly, and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Its hard work, you are on your feet all day. Sometimes its crazy hot, sometimes its crazy cold. But that's what being in a commercial bakery is like.
