You Actually Do the Job You Were Hired For: This is such a rare find these days. At Crisalix, you focus on your role, your job title, and your skills—no weird “wear-all-the-hats” nonsense or companies trying to drain your soul by piling on a million random tasks. They value your expertise and let you thrive in your area. 2. Amazing People, Chill Vibes: The team is super supportive, kind, and fun to work with. You can ask anything without feeling judged—it’s such a relaxed and friendly vibe. 3. Focused on Learning: You’re always growing here. Whether it’s new tools, better workflows, a course you want to take to improve skills related to your role, they give you space to improve without overwhelming you. 4. Well-Organized: the mangers use Jira to keep everything running smoothly, and Slack makes communication simple. For a remote company, their organization is perfectly managed. 5. Respect: The environment is relaxed but productive—no crazy pressure or unnecessary stress. You get to do great work and still have a life. I love working remotely with them, although they also organize events where we can meet throughout the year. It has just been amazing finally meeting everyone in person.
