Criticaleye offers a really exciting/dynamic environment - it's a truly unique opportunity to learn about business and leadership challenges as staff get a chance to form relationships with the members (all senior/Board-level executives who cover a range of businesses/sectors) and hear really honest insights/stories from them. Senior management are open and dedicate a lot of time to supporting teams internally - much more so than in previous roles I've had where most staff didn't have much access to senior directors or the CEO at all. Like our members, you get out what you put in at Criticaleye. As one of the team, there are lots of opportunities to learn new things by joining meetings with members, and managers are very supportive of this. Because it is a small business, you're not restricted to a rigid job spec, and honestly, the opportunity to make a real impact is huge. Management want you to succeed, welcome new ideas and take every opportunity to celebrate success through company away days and other special celebrations/parties throughout the year.

Our colleagues are very high calibre, diligent, inclusive and intelligent people, making for an extremely stimulating and positive working environment. Great care was taken during the COVID lockdowns, not only to ensure the success of the business, as we rapidly pivoted to virtual, then later hybrid, delivery of our services, but also to ensure the wellbeing of staff physically & emotionally.
