      Pros

      - Personal connection with colleagues. - Great product to work on from technical point of view. There is more going on behind the surface than meets the eye! - Divers team with many nationalities - Space to have a personal life, but still serious about work - Office in center of Amsterdam - Experienced technical leaders

      Cons

      - Office in center is an (old) monumental building. - Some of the processes have to mature in order to scale the company

      Pros

      Crobox is like a big family who appreciate and listen to your opinion and input. It's rare to have a working place so full of respect for each other's ambitions. Everyone contributes to the company vision, is engaged in the work we do, and there's never a feeling of being left out. I love the culture at Crobox as well as the communication. Despite working through a pandemic we've somehow managed to pull through together and excel in the retail industry. Dynamic, challenging, and always interesting! You can't ask for much more in a work place.

      Cons

      Going from a startup to a scale-up is always a challenge, especially in finding the right product to market fit. If you know what to expect, you know what to get. You have to be flexible to change and ready to take on new projects to work at Crobox. For some this may be a negative, but if you know what you're getting into you can't go wrong!

      Pros

      The overall atmosphere in the company is inspiring and positive. Contributing to a great product and having a say in the direction it is heading. Fun colleagues.

      Cons

      You need to be able to work in an environment where the only thing that is constant is change. Processes and directions will change, sometimes within weeks.
