      Collaborative teams Independent thinking encouraged Thorough training Support from your co-workers and leadership Realistic goals and deadlines from clients and internal work Reoccurring one day a week work from home Summer Friday's Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Moving up could be somewhat of a challenge, as it should be, but you really have to present yourself and your value to keep growing here. It is very possible.

      Pros

      It was a great experience. I had a location change, otherwise I would still be there. I miss everyone there, but still keep in touch.

      Cons

      No real cons. The work was hard, but I felt my bosses knew and appreciated the hard work I put in.
