- Interesting, fast-paced work. - Great benefits - health/dental, summer Fridays in August, cake days, twice-yearly company outings during work, free soda and seltzer water - Room for advancement - some in management started as admin assistants. - Friendly Co-workers - hh's, lunches, holiday parties. I enjoy going to work -- how many people can say that
Cons
- Hard to explain pesticides to friends/family - Environment can lean conservative - You have to show up and work. Not a place for those looking to slide by.
