Pros

Excellent Growth & Exposure in Finance: Cross Identity has been a solid place to grow my finance career. Over 7.5 years, I've gained extensive and valuable exposure to core finance functions. Comprehensive Financial Experience: I've had hands-on experience across critical areas including budgeting, Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting, working capital management, and various compliance aspects. This breadth of exposure is a significant advantage. Fast-Paced & Dynamic Environment: The finance team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, which keeps the work engaging and constantly presents new learning opportunities.

Pros

Crossidentity is a solid place to work if you’re looking to grow with a company that’s building something meaningful. It’s intent is to do better and grow together, place for real employees who wants to learn. That’s something I value. 1. The company is product-focused and works in a niche space (IAM), which means the work has depth and long-term value. 2. There’s a high level of trust in employees. You’re given ownership of your work, and ideas are welcomed — regardless of your level. 3. People here are approachable, right from peers to leadership. You can raise a concern or suggestion and actually expect a conversation, not silence. 4. Work culture is generally positive — respectful, flexible where it makes sense, and not overly corporate. 5. There’s a healthy level of challenge. If you like problem-solving and being proactive, you’ll enjoy it here. It’s a place where your work matters, and you’re not just another cog in the wheel. If you’re okay with a bit of ambiguity and want to grow along with the company, Crossidentity offers a good balance of learning, ownership, and impact.

Cons

1. Some internal processes are still maturing. Teams are lean, and things can get a bit unstructured at times. 2. Cross-team coordination can sometimes be a challenge when priorities shift quickly — but this is improving. 3. The company is still building external visibility as a brand. That may or may not matter to you, depending on what you’re looking for.
