They support the local Chamber of Commerce and many of the community organizations in our region. Once you are an employee at Crossroads Community Hospital, you have a lot of opportunities, to learn, to grow, and to take the next step in your career.
Cons
Depending on what you do, there are positives and negatives in every company and at every level. I look at it like a roller coaster, some days are up and some are down, but it's always going to be exciting so just enjoy the ride.
