Pros

I have worked at Crossroads RMC for over 19 years. It is a great place to work. There is a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among employees as well as management. People are really willing to work together to provide the best products and service to our customers.

Cons

It can be a challenge finding ways to innovate in a somewhat specific market.

Pros

I worked part-time for 3 years, left to take a different position, and came back to work full-time for the past 3 years. Very family friendly - flexible work hours, ability to work from home, and friendly co-workers. It's definitely a low-drama work environment. Exec management keeps everyone informed on how well we're doing as a company. Benefits are competitive - health, dental, vision, 401K, 3-5 weeks of vacation, and a communication reimbursement. What I like most about working here is that I can see how my work directly impacts the company. I've worked for larger companies in the past and felt like my contributions were not very important to their success.

Cons

Because we're small, we often have to juggle several projects at a time. This is definitely not the right place for someone who just wants to do the minimum amount of work to earn their paycheck.
