      • change can be difficult for folks at times and there has been a lot of change but we are headed in the right direction

      The people are the best part. Everyone is willing to answer questions and help you succeed. There are many opportunities to take on additional projects and grow your professional skills. Flexible work schedule and unlimited PTO (US employees).

      Cons

      Lower salary than same position at other companies. Not many promotional opportunities. There are many product bugs that take ages to get fixed and make conversations with clients difficult.
