It's been very fun and fulfilling working at Crucial Learning. We enjoy a lot of repeat business from existing clients, and the train the trainer model helps us stick around with companies, and have high organizational virality. Coworkers are all very friendly, good work life balance, and investment into people as individuals. Lots of opportunity for professional development training. The company walks the talk.

Cons

Some systems and processes are a little dated. The company has been around for 35 years, and has been successful.

We teach humans how to be better human beings. All employees have the opportunity to take our trainings and it shows in how everyone treats each other. The communication is great and I really trust leadership.

Cons

L&D can be a tricky industry to get right.
