      Great work life balance Great teams Everyone in the business is friendly and approachable no matter your job title Remote Great management and support from higher ups Good Salary package for industry

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between management to employees can be slow but can see this is constantly being worked on Bespoke software needs a little improvement for more accountant friendly function but constantly being improved

      The company has good values and treats staff very well. Good progression opportunities across the business, wanting wherever possible to grow and develop their employees. The relationships you can build within the business can be like a family and I believe that this is down to the way the business is lead by managers across the business, being of similar minds and desire to see not just the business succeed but also their people

      Cons

      The fast pace - sometimes we run too fast in the business to try and make improvements, we lack in using sufficient data to support the ideas, and this can lead to waste in time and cost.
