      Pros

      I have been working at Crye Precision coming up on 1yr now, what an honorable and ethical ownership that reflects on the employees that I am proud to call my fellow colleagues. Anyone without the characteristics of Honor, Ethics and Morels would be the only ones to speak negative about Crye. All employees are treated as adults and no micromanaging, I am blessed and honored to have a place at the table with such creative and amazing ownership and employees.

      Pros

      A growing successful company with interesting work. Ownership and fellow colleagues are inclusive and really care about all employees. In sum, a great workplace that respects and acknowledges the equality between men and women.

      The team at Crye is full of devoted, hard working people who care about the customer and one another. Company is led by an honest and equally-hardworking person who treats his employees great. Beautiful working environment and lots of perks.
