      Pros

      Senior leadership cares and makes honest attempts at reasonable work-life balance. You feel like you are with people who genuinely care about you as a person and helps you grow professionally. Generous holiday and vacation policy. They just added a tuition reimbursement program.

      Less communication, however they are working on it. As you are working remotely you don’t get to socialise with other departments

      Pros

      You can work remotely without worrying for the working hours. Express yourself what you need to work efficiently and you will have that. Colleagues are easy to work with and motivated. Management takes care of every small bits of its employee.

      Cons

      You can not have real meet with people due to remote operations.
