      Learn an industry from the ground up. Great place to work. Positive, supportive environment. Team oriented business development structure. Access to upper management.

      Cons

      No health insurance or 401k. At times, information stream is unintentionally indirect. Overlap in duties. Overall, very few cons at this company.
