      Pros

      Great place to work with a really friendly and talented team. Lots of responsibility and opportunities to learn and develop skills across a range of client accounts. I was personally provided with many career growth opportunities which were much appreciated, allowing me to experience a range of roles within the agency.

      Great place to learn. Super fun working environment. Really great people both on a professional and social level. Different perspectives - everyone is hoenst.

      Cons

      No cons to be honest. I think if it's not right for you, it's not a problem with Cubaka itself just a matter of personal preference.
