I've been at Cube for more than two years and it's a great place to build a career if you're looking for a fast-paced, forward-thinking company. Yes, it is intense, but its a place where you're never bored, and the company does a great job keeping people in the loop (weekly all hands with a rotating employee DJ!) The people are the best part and the culture is supportive, collaborative and overall a great place to work.

Cons

Like I mentioned above, it can be intense at times, but that's what you sign up for in a start-up. I'd rather this than be bored and uninspired.
