      Pros

      Great benefits package, profit sharing, 401 K and ROTH Ira offered with company matching, some paid training available. Besides all these, special events, Birthdays gift card wheel for all employees, celebrations a galore including Thanksgiving meal for all employees and an amazing Holiday party. Atmosphere for the most part is collaborative, inclusive, relaxed and fun at times.. Plant is climate controlled and immaculately clean!

      The expectations are high and the work can get intense (as in any manufacturing company).

      Company closes for a week for the Christmas holidays , excellent work environment , can ask questions without feeling put down , can move up if you speak up!

      Can be stuck doing the same thing forever if someone doesn’t speak up
