Pros

Great collaboration within the organization. Leadership I feel truly cares about there employees. Hybrid work model still allows me some flexibility of working from home. This is a fun industry to work in, traveling for trade shows and meeting clients.

Cons

Overworked, I however see an end in sight. New billing platform has been going on for awhile but we are finally launching so resources should be back where they are needed within the month.
