Pros
All teams, people share the same goal and work together to deliver products, implementations to the best of their combined abilities. No blame culture or passing the buck between teams Exellent product set and work with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Cons
As with a lot of companies, the impact of Covid has very much restricted face to face meetings and the ability to socialise with colleagues which would help improve already good relationships further.
