Pros
Up scale cabinets , ability to produce 250 cabinets daily with multi finishes. Safe working condition, quality machinery.IT tech available, recycle material for heating building.
Cons
No real set schedule of hours, No pay raise in five years, not very good communication with changes in procedures. Not following thru with changes to my sure all the problems are worked out.

decent insurance, family values, locally owned
Cons
raises out of the question, expect employees to just know what they expect instead of teach them the correct way of doing things, not much room for advancement, high turnover in upper management leaves people running the company with not a lot of cabinet experience or knowledge
