Customer Elation has been a fun and exciting place of employment for me. There have been so many positive changes over the years and it has been fun to see them take place along with growing with the company. They offer flexible scheduling and a friendly upbeat work environment. If you are looking to advance within a company you have potential to move upward in the ladder if you are willing to be coached and guided in the right direction to succeed in your career path.

Cons

There are no cons with this job if you are looking to be apart of the customer service industry and enjoy working with people. If there are any issues management is always willing to discuss what options you have available to make it a win for both the employee and company.

Pros

The work environment is very pleasant. There is an open door policy with management which makes it easy to address any issues or concerns. They explain their policies very well and you can feel comfortable asking your questions. I like to see the involvement between managers and their agents. They have many events to participate in each month. Fundraising for charities is a great way to enjoy the many activities. The joy of working with positive people and a positive company is why I love coming to work each day.

Cons

Any con I have experienced is turned into a pro with the proper communication.
