      Pros

      - Everyone who works at Cuvva is smart, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the company goals. - You get a lot of autonomy to shape the product, and success is celebrated and rewarded. - You're trusted and expected to work hard, but not to a point of burnout. - Open salary model - Work life balance is great, company socials are fun, and the perks are the best I've ever had (4-day week, generous PD budget, health and wellbeing budget, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme)

      - Lack of diversity at a leadership level. - Career progression opportunities vary from role to role.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, great people and fantastic work-life balance. Constant innovation and excellent collaboration between departments.

      Cons

      The work can be stressful with some difficult customers but this is the nature of the industry. There are times when weekend work and working bank holidays can be a bit tricky, but in return for all the positives it is a minimal price to pay.

      Pros

      - Work life balance - 4 day work week for the whole company - A extensive benefits package which is VERY generous with allowances - Inclusive culture - Genuinely care about your wellbeing

      Cons

      - Not much progression once you reach a certain level in Customer Operations and a low turnover in staff (which is good of course) but means no opportunities in different departments - No flexibility to hold a second job/outside interest (own small business for example) - No recognition for those in Customer Operations who go above and beyond, no bonuses etc.
