Pros

CyberPoint has been a pleasure to work for. They keep an open line of communication and listen to what employees have to say. When things get a bit hectic it’s easy to reach out to a coworker for advice and/or support. The benefits for medical, financial, time, etc… are significant! Consider applying because they are excited for whatever you might be able to bring to the table.

Cons

No company is perfect. Sometimes there can be a bit of miscommunication when having to work between multiple responsible parties. Reporting to an “office” location might not be where you anticipated as they run some operations out of partnering establishments.
