Good for learning, documentation and intelligent processes. Reporting systems very well designed. Its very difficult to fool the systems designed here. Many many things to learn. Wide exposure and opportunity to gain knowledge not just about your domain but other stuff also. All negative reviews are false implications by those who work ethics are very low and were unable to either cope with the immense knowledge and control of the management over business processes or incapable to deliver the expected and had to leave.
