Pros
Lots of opportunity, Good benefits. Coworkers are awesome. Company is lean so it is a great opportunity to work smart/hard and make a difference. Best suited for people who are motivated, flexible and for self starters.
Cons
Company had gone through a massive restructuring and a lot of great people left and were let go. Because we are so lean there is zero time for coasting which I have experienced in past jobs. I prefer keeping busy so this is not a con for me.

Pros
Watching the evolution of this company in the 4 years I've been employed here has been inspiring. Our current culture is very supportive, inclusive, and compassionate. We are enabled to take care of ourselves and each other which helps us to produce the best work we can. Communication (between individuals, departments, teams) is comfortable and open, there is a high level of respect among each other regardless of educational background, and there is a balanced level of support and encouragement around growth.
Cons
The location is not my favorite.
