Pros

Working at Cyberteam was a formative and rewarding experience. As a Recruitment Consultant, I had the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work on high-quality roles, and be part of a fast-paced, ambitious team. What stood out most was the autonomy I was given to run my own desk while still having support when I needed it. The management team genuinely invested in my development and encouraged a proactive, commercial mindset. There was a strong culture of collaboration, and the leadership team celebrated success without losing sight of personal growth. I left Cyberteam a better recruiter than when I started, and with some great memories and strong professional relationships.

Cons

The fast-paced environment won’t suit everyone – it requires a self-starter mentality and resilience under pressure. • Like many sales-driven firms, work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods.
