My journey with Cyntexa over the past five months has been nothing short of transformative. I joined the company during the final semester of my graduation, stepping into the corporate world as an HR Trainee. Coming from a non-HR background, this was an entirely new domain for me, but through hands-on experience and a steep learning curve during my initial three-month training, I am proud to have transitioned into the role of an HR Executive.
