Pros
Interview process was very professional and informative. Lots of inclusivity and opportunities for input. Worked with many smart, talented and open minded individuals who genuinely cared about the quality of work.
Cons
If you’re not accustomed to overtime may not be for you. Susceptible to layoffs which I think is par for the course in the industry and for newer companies.

The team at Czinger is comprised of car fanatics with experience designing and racing high performance vehicles and seasoned manufacturing experts with backgrounds in aerospace and automotive. There's a lot of talent here, and it's just really cool to see what we're able to realize when putting our combined minds to solving the problems involved with producing the world's most powerful, beautiful street legal cars with precision and high quality.
Cons
As with any startup, there are peaks and valleys. Systems are immature, finances are under tight scrutiny, and tensions can run high. But the team has stayed cohesive, I think due to the fun nature of what we're building and the experience and cool headedness of leadership.
