Pros

- Great potential of the product itself - A lot of growth opportunities due to expansion - Very cooperative upper management - Global presence

Cons

- Fast paced but that's a given, so not really a con - Can do much better for being market competitive (including incentives and salaries)

Pros

The company has an incredibly positive and empathetic culture. Even working remotely, you genuinely feel part of the team. I really appreciated that during the hiring process they focused not only on my skills but also on who I am as a person. Everyone listens, values your opinion, and is open to new ideas, It’s rare to find a company that truly listens and gives you space to grow.

Cons

As a remote company, some traditional benefits (like work equipment or gym memberships aren’t available). Sometimes things can move very fast since the company is growing, but thanks to the great communication within the team, everything gets solved smoothly.
