Pros

The People - They truly care about the business because we are all responsible co-owners. Benefits - D&H offers a wide range of benefits including an ESOP. Culture - Unbelievable D&H DNA which we all take pride in Employee Engagement/Career Path/Education Longevity - Who wouldn't want to work for a company that is over 108 years old. Top notch leadership!

Cons

D&H has had some growing pains in the past; I have been here for 29 years. But what company hasn't if they are doing well. Their future is on point, and I look forward to seeing the company's continuation of growth.

The employee's take personal interest in seeing one another succeed. Upper Management is accessible they want to know what’s going on at all levels. There's both vertical and horizontal movement opportunities available within the company. Total benefits package – PTO, Heath Insurance, 401K, ESOP, discounts, and reimbursements. Remote work available

Cons

Fast paced work environment with high expectations Training/Onboarding Requirements - Numerous systems, lengthy processes, and number of exception processes. Compensation compared to similar roles within the market. Partially offset by the good benefits package

Cons

Expectations can be pretty out of whack at times. This is and will always be a sales-focused company. Not a negative as long as you accept that most of your activities, even in a non-sales role, are essentially being sold or marketed at some point.
