Society in general has had many challenges this year. DACCO Behavior Health has provided support for their employees. Safety guidelines for COVID-19 have been in place and updated accordingly. The HR department has provided ongoing activities and support to keep spirits up.

Cons

Work can be challenging at times. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It can often lead to growth.
