Every day is different (depending on the client account you work on) New Challenges Great pay, with bonuses Awesome colleagues Great incentives for staff Work life balance, as long as you don't let your work back up It's been a great 3 months so far, but I am excited to do way more before the end of the year.

Cons

Don't coast! You can't fly under the radar, management and hr are always doing employees evaluations, so do not slack!!
