      Pros

      The team I work with has great communication and cross-care. The work is satisfying, and it's great giving back to my local community. Management has been responsive to my needs when I bring them up. Raises have been frequent, transparent, and generous.

      Cons

      High highs and low lows, client wise - but that's just the population. Case loads have been difficult to manage at times due to staffing, but again, management has been responsive and creative in attempting to find solutions.
