Good office rapport Casual work environment that keeps busy Perks like concerts and receptions Good senior staff leaders (exclusive of owners) LGBTQ+ friendly Lax office policies Generous PTO policy Offers benefits & 401k matching
Cons
Concerts fall on holidays, so often the office isn't closed and you still have to report in Nights and weekends occasionally required, concert schedule makes taking PTO days hard to schedule outside of summer/Christmas Owners aren't receptive to suggestions, changes, or negotiation Only one department offers opportunity for growth VERY skewed salaries
