      The people are incredible, great servant leadership culture, forward thinking management, desire to constantly improve as an agency

      Cons

      Longer hours as the result of outdated technology-- issues that are currently being addressed.

      Pros

      Staff at all levels are genuinely nice people. Everyone really cares about keeping a "servant leadership" culture, and education is frequently provided on this topic. A lot of effort is put in to making it a team environment (even during COVID when we aren't all together). Benefits are great, and there are opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Agency is still growing - trying to find the right employees takes time!

      Pros

      I can't say enough great things about the people who work at DCTA. There is so much collaboration and everyone is truly a family. I have really enjoyed working for a small organization because it gives you the ability to stretch your wings and work on a variety of initiatives. I am constantly learning new things, being challenged and working crossfunctionally.

      Cons

      It's a small organization, so everyone's workload is plentiful. If you're not giving your all it's very noticeable. DCTA isn't an organization for someone looking to just mail it in. They require highly talented and motivated individuals to get the job done. But it's so amazing to work with so many rockstars!
