DDG can be summarized in 3 words: 1) inclusive: the firm focuses on diversity of backgrounds, opinions and profiles. It is not the cookie-cutter, male dominated and traditional investment firm; 2) intellectually challenging: because of its vertical integration and national presence, deals are often challenging. This was a positive in my experience at DDG because I got to learn a lot of different aspects of real estate in a very short amount of time; 3) value-oriented: DDG was very different from most prior employers because it truly emphasizes certain values such as accountability and reliability;
