      Pros

      The work environment is nice. People being given freedom to express themselves and share new ideas. Peers and managers are very approachable and helping. One can get very good exposure to different deliverables and opportunities. Small teams so good learning scope. Management and team leaders are considerate of genuine issues and try to help at their best.

      Cons

      Work from home option and flexible work timings are not yet part of the company policies.
