Been working at DECA for 2+ years and this role has helped me grow so much as a designer. It has been great to have a supportive manager that is willing to let me learn and take on new challenges. As an organization, DECA has been going through a lot of management changes recently that's slowly been helping improve the overall culture to a more forward thinking and collaborative workplace.
