      Supportive director and remote work, but low pay

      Pros

      The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.

      This job was amazing, the company culture is one of the best I have ever worked for, they really understand work life balance.

      Cons

      Our region lacked a bit of direction at times but things are very different now as the whole company had a restructure.
