      Pros

      DIY was probably one of the best companies I have worked with In my career thus far. I felt management treated everyone with respect no matter what someone may have for experience. Really as long as you do your job right there goal is to promote you and help you learn more about business.

      Cons

      They don't have a branch in New York. I had to move due to family matters and they didn't have a branch where I was moving to.

      Pros

      I have the opportunity to meet new people everyday. I enjoy working with the team and the enriched team atmosphere the office has. There is a lot of momentum and room for upward movement which keeps things exciting and never dull.

      Cons

      You do put in a lot of work to move up in the company. The management team wants you to be at your best and expects you to get promoted.

      Pros

      I came into DIY with not a lot of experience in marketing or management. I got teamed up with one of the managers who taught me hands on about the product and how to promote it. I quickly grew into management and now have the position of training and interviewing. I love what I do and there is still more room for me to grow. Excited for the opportunities that are ahead of me with DIY.

      Cons

      A lot of time on your feet. Make sure you purchase a comfortable pair of shoes. Its worth it. Office isn't located in the city but has public transit access.
