      Pros

      A really fun environment to be a part of. The leadership is always encouraging and helps push the business forward. They create a lot of fun activities for the teams to do to help boost our culture. Great products, great people.

      Its in the suburbs and if you live in the city you have to do the commute out.

      Pros

      DM is in a growth phase, which means a lot of new opportunities, especially in the creative field. With many in-house brands there are a wide variety of creative tasks to do on any given day which keeps the job interesting and fresh. Since the department is growing rapidly, there is also a lot of growth potential professionally as well.

      Cons

      With rapid growth come organizational and expectation challenges. It's an exciting problem to have, but does come with growing pains
