Industry Leader/Opportunity for Advancement/Positive Culture

-Leader in the industry for relationship testing with expansion for services in other areas -Testing is accurate producing quality results -Recognition is given to employees -Generous benefit package -Culture is positive with a friendly environment, company activities and celebrations -Leaders seeks feedback from employees where appropriate and incorporate change when needed and where possible.

Cons

-IT system has outgrown the business and new systems are being developed and implemented. As with any project of this magnitude there is extra work. -Workload is unpredictable resulting in significant variability from day to day which makes planning difficult at times.

Great place to work with people from all teams working together in the best interest of our customers and employees. The company works hard to balance the demands of the day to day job while still providing a fun and inviting work environment for employees to thrive. Recent initiatives recognizing employees for their contributions, including opportunities for additional time off, invitation to an annual awards breakfast, and quarterly bonus, have been well received as a great addition to the company's recognition program. With many long-serving, committed employees, DDC has proven it is a great place to build a challenging, yet rewarding career.

Cons

As with any company, growing pains and change can be a challenge at times. When these challenges arise, the company works hard to communicate and assist employees as best as possible.
