Pros
One of the biggest highlights of working here is the opportunity to learn from experienced event professionals. The tenured team members are knowledgeable. The hands-on approach to learning is invaluable. I've had the chance to work on a variety of projects, gaining practical experience and applying the theoretical knowledge I've acquired.
Cons
While the work environment is positive and the team is supportive, I've found that the compensation package doesn't quite match the industry standards. While the learning opportunities and mentorship are excellent, a more competitive salary would be ideal.
