      Pros

      Overall Company environment is very relaxed and has an emphasis on getting things done. It doesn't matter if you are new or have been around a while if you have the answer people will listen.

      Cons

      I can not think of anything that jumps out at me as a Con.

      Great group of people to work with. Flexible management and solid benefits. Many opportunities for growth within the company. Appreciates people who think out of the box

      None yet and not looking for any in the future. With the upcoming acquisition hoping TelPac maintains the DSCI "way" for both it's customers and employees
