DSoft hires the employee (Teammate), not for a contract. When a contract is nearing completion, management works tirelessly to retain the Teammate on other contracts (or new contracts). The company values continuing education and training, openly celebrating each other's successes and encouraging advancement. Collaboration is really a thing at DSoft ~ that's why employees are Teammates! The teams work well together, solving difficult problems for our clients.
