Pros
The company strives to collaborate in all aspects of work, giving everyone a voice, and a chance to find solutions that work for all levels of staff. The connection that the leaders have to the staff is unlike anything I have seen at previous companies. They work alongside their teams to help reach goals and deadlines. Creativity flourishes here, the collaboration component of the company is huge here, and leadership know that creativity can’t just be turned on and off, so, we have frequent lunch and learns, an extensive library, and staff are always encouraged to take breaks and find ways to refresh. The people are more important than the work, and that is shown by how the staff is treated. I myself have had personal challenges this year, and my supervisor and team were incredibly supportive. They encouraged me to take personal time, helped me with my assignments, and checked in often to see how I was doing. My career did not suffer, and I felt like I grew closer to my team because of it!
