      - lots of learning opportunities; manager will work with you to set goals and help you improve on work performance - nice and friendly colleagues, no office politics - collaborative environment

      - rather steep learning curve but manager and colleagues are willing to help if you struggle

      - open to new ideas, very flexible - fun and helpful colleagues (like a small family) - nurturing environment - effective mentorship - fast paced (can learn a lot in a short period of time) - being a beauty lover myself, I love the content that I am exposed to - also very reasonable work life balance (except for occasional urgent campaigns that you need to rush for)
