Pros
Loved my coworkers: Everyone was friendly, creative, and collaborative. Casual workplace environment (dogs welcomed!), no dress code, flexible summer Fridays schedule, good benefits from parent company NBCU.
Cons
Took years for a lot of people to get promoted. There were a lot of contractors who had to leave after a year because of legal reasons, and we had to continually hire and train more people rather than investing in the people who were already there.
